Engineering Inspections Manager

Manages the engineering inspections program within the Engineering Services Division to ensure proper use and restoration of public Rights-of-Way (ROW) associated with permitting and to oversee installation of public improvements related to new land development and utility construction. Supervises a staff of Engineering Inspectors.  Applies extensive and diversified knowledge of construction and engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields.  This position develops and implements standard operating procedures and practices for field observation as well as performs a variety of technical, administrative, and supervisory duties to achieve program objectives.
