SUMMARY:E470 Maintenance Facility Tour
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a site tour of new E470 Maintenance Facility. E470 will talk about the purpose of their new Central Maintenance Facility (CMF)\, the design and construction delivery process (Construction Manager/General Contractor)\, and the features of the site. This includes Building A (administrative office\, maintenance bays and vehicle wash bay)\, Building B covered materials storage for solid deicer and outdoor liquid deicer storage\, Buildings C and D (heated and non-heated storage)\, fueling station\, stormwater detention ponds\, etc.\nThe best way to access the CMF at 80 N. Valdai St. Aurora\, CO 80018 is to park at the HQ/Customer Service Center parking lot at 22470 E. Stephen D. Hogan Parkway\, Aurora\, CO 80018 and walk across the street.\nThe CMF can be accessed via the E-470 exit at 6th Pkwy/Stephen D. Hogan exit south of I-70. For those agencies that are not allowed to take their company vehicle on the tollway\, the CMF can be accessed from the \nwest at 6th Avenue or east from Gun Club Road.
