TMDL Guidance Information: The CSC recently partnered with Wright Water Engineers to develop comprehensive guidance aimed at helping permittees understand and maintain compliance with Non-Standard permit obligations, particularly where TMDL considerations apply. While the CSC typically limits resource sharing to member organizations, we recognize the importance of broad access to tools that protect water quality and support consistent statewide permit compliance. For that reason, we are making this guidance available to the broader Non-Standard permit community.
